Shipping to the UK is £5.00 for adult or £4 for KiDz Toqueanie

Your Toqueanie will be insured whilst in transit. If you should wish for a cheaper alternative without insurance please contact me before making your purchase.

Please contact me before purchasing for shipping costs if you are an international buyer.

At the moment I am only accepting payments through PayPal. If this is a problem for you please contact me and we'll see if we can sort out a different method of payment suitable to both parties.

I aim to have your order dispatched within 2-3 working days. In the case of a custom order I shall email you before hand with a photograph of your custom made Toqueanie for you to approve, once approved I will then invoice for payment.

If some reason you should be unhappy with your newly purchased Toqueanie I am willing to refund you your pennies (minus shipping charges) within 14 days of you receiving it as long as it is in the condition you received it in. If this is the case and should wish to make a return please email me toqueanie@hotmail.com with full details.
